Happy Holidays!

Posted in Uncategorized with tags , , on December 18, 2012 by eddieishaq

No matter what you celebrate, I just want to say a very happy holiday season from me and the rest of the team here at Wildfire. We have a brand new menu that just rolled out at the beginning of December so that is even more reason to come out and get in the holiday spirit. We have some new favorites on the menu which I will take some time to talk about in the coming weeks and we have also updated some of our classic dishes which are already getting rave reviews from our regulars. Make a plan to come out and visit us and ring in the holidays and New Year Wildfire Style.

Here Come the Holidays!

Well, the decorations are up and holiday parties have begun. It must mean that Thanksgiving is over. Thanksgiving 2011 will be a day I will not soon forget.  It was a long day but we were so busy that it all went by quickly. After weeks and weeks of prep, it is crazy to look back and see how many people we had celebrate with us – 300 more people than last year! The really exciting thing though was that we had a great response to our food drive to help restock the food pantry in time for the holiday season. We also donated a portion of our proceeds for the day to Food for Others, which was also really cool.

As we look forward to December, we’re now planning on hosting many holiday parties and get-togethers. These too require much preparation and planning. Each event is special…we want every person who walks out the door to think about the food, the atmosphere and the time they spent with us and think that they can’t wait until the next time they visit. My hope is that Wildfire is the talk around the water cooler and will be for weeks after the event is over.

I don’t know about you, but I am still in a turkey coma! But that doesn’t mean that I’m not already looking forward to next Thanksgiving!

If you aren’t still full from all the turkey and stuffing, stay hungry my friends.
