Simply Bubbly Sparkling Wine Dinner

roasted duck breast, english pea puree, honey glazed pearl onion with madeira sauce


day boat scallop, sauteed fennel and pancetta, champagne beurre blanc


vanilla and white wine poached pear with orange essence, stuffed with vanilla ice cream served with creme anglaise.
