Are You Ready for Some Football?

Now that the lockout is over and the 2011/2012 season is about to get underway, time to start thinking about one of my favorite parts of football: tailgating. Last year I did this incredible crawfish boil that I set up in the parking lot with a huge pot on a transportable burner. It was bomb. This year I am thinking of doing more things that are out of the ordinary like lobster tails or king crab legs instead of the usual hot dogs, hamburgers and sausage. You can literally grill anything. Maybe I’ll even grill a pizza. What’s the craziest thing you have ever made while tailgating?
